Re: Fictional Zeltweg 2020
Yes, the track feels extremly smooth and just makes fun. Even after not playing GP2 for some time it doesn`t take much time to get competitive again there :D Tom did a great job there Thank you very much Antonio. Would be great to have a revision by you as well. Making a great track even better soun...

Re: New tracks for GP2 - Antonio Pessoa
Awesome to have some new releaes in 2023, thank you very much, Antonio.

haha yes, repairing a Transmission or Engine failure within 10 seconds is legendary. Today`s F1-Crew could learn from that

Re: championship season and slot and tyre editor
Yes, the Slot and Tyre Editor is awesome indeed, when it comes to tailor GP2 to your personal skill :D I have only one tailored version with this, a version with my 16 favorite tracks and my personal carset. I just went for the trackrecord on each track and tried to get the fastest cc cars in Q very...

Re: Experimental Long Quick Race length
I wasn't aware of that option tbh. I always used Gp2Lap.cfg and the Track Editor (for lap setting, etc), but would be intressting to know

Re: Carset F2 2022
Thanks for sharing that mod
Just had to think about that fact that modern F2 cars are now faster than previous F1 ones and it is now very feasible to use standard GP2 settings for realistic laptimes

Re: newbie from France
Hm, for that purpose it is best to import the whole data into gp2edit from an unpatched version. I can`t attach the version I have because I imported everything and the file is more than 5MB and exceeds the allowed quota in the forum. Maybe you would have to install a fresh version and export it. Pe...

Re: Simtek Challenge
Sounds like a fun challenge
Leading an underdog to glory, especially sympathic teams like Simtek, is always nice.
If it gets too easy you can additionally think of reducing player car grip to also simulate an inferiour chassis besides the engine.
Have fun

Re: Fictional 2026 carset
Nice, idea. I wonder, how many of that guesses will realize until then :D A shock-move from Leclerc to Mercedes might happen, if Ferrari fails to get the title with him true. Ferrari traditionally disposes their drivers when failing to get the title after latest 5 years. I would also like to see mor...

Re: Tyres only pitstop?
Hi,
with rremedio`s magic data editor you can set the cars to start with 100% fuel load and eleminate the time for refueling. That`s the best option I know, I hope that`s the correct link to most current version: https://grandprix2.de/gp2forum/viewtopic.php?t=397
