I'm afraid that after three years of "no answer" on the matter, there is really nothing we could do.
Unless some of the big-Gp2-brains has some still unveiled news, but I doubt so...

Emotionally, Gp2 is the best. It was the first game bought, on a snowy Italian day, back in Dec '96. Graphically, Gp2 is the best. At least, I was stun at seeing it the first time.
