Well, I did indeed plump for something touring car-related - the 1986 European Touring Car Championship, to be exact. The carshape is well on its way to being completed, I've worked out all the driver and car performance stats, so it will soon be time to do some painting...

Thanks folks! I'm not planning on doing the new bodykit at the moment; it's quite a bit more complicated than the 2012-2014 shape with all the aero bits and pieces, so given the limitations of the GP2 carshape it might be a bit of a step too far. Although I may yet still give it a go in the future.....
